Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Went with a group on a weekday for lunch at State Line Chipotle recently. This is a pretty typical Chipotle with a larger dining area. Our group sat in the upper corner window with an elevated table and stools. It was a nice sunny spot for lunch. It was a great place to people watch. I did not look for booths at this location, so I don't know if they had them. We had no problem with our order, which we got pretty quickly. It was a nice lunch.

There's not a lot that you could do to screw up my love for the overloaded burrito/bowl yumminess. We came early in the afternoon, so the peak eating hours were long away. The staff did the normal this or thats and got to the end of the line...then the cashier starting ringing in my food and the person who I was with as well...didn't ask. I had to tell her (embarrassingly) that, no, I was just paying for mine and wait until she cancelled out their order. I've never not had them ask, so to assume was interesting. She even made a comment to me about Oh you are going dutch this time! I've only been in this location twice, so she doesn't know me...maybe she thought I was someone else. Still, something simple...just ask. Food was great, so other than the debacle at the register, good stuff.

This used to be my favorite Chipotle. NOT ANY MORE! It's so frustrating because this is the one closest to me, but I think I would rather drive further than to keep dealing with this location. They are SO slow. The line barely moves. And the taste of food is inconsistent. How does that happen? It's freakin' Chipotle. The workers used to be so "on it", quick and efficient. I don't know what happened but I'm done with it.

Slowest branch ever. Waiting for 30 minutes to even start ordering. Same length of line off of roe/119 or 69/college would be about a 10 minutes wait. It's not slow customers, it's a very slow crew whom doesn't seem to give a crap about customer service.

Burritos, burritos, and burritos. Four stars only because I live to write this review. If it was a five star burrito, I'd be dead.

The only problem I ever have with Chipotle is the people in front of me in line. This time the lady in front of me broke down, about to cry and said" you are rushing me". After that the worker was painfully slow. If you cant handle it, the taco bell drive-thru might be the place for you.

Awesome! Quite simply some of the best fast food around.

I really don't like to see or write a review on a chain store unless it has something special that no other store has. My review of the 13127 Stateline Chipotle store fit in the exception category. I have to say that I have been enjoying Chipotle Mexican Grill since the '90's. I've eaten their food from here to D.C. and never once have I been disappointed. That is until I walked in to this location. We are talking some where in the neighborhood of twelve years that I have experienced CONSISTENT food and service. I remember when I first started going to Chipotle. I would get flustered by by the rapid fire questioning about my order, but I learned very quickly that it would not matter WHAT I ordered. I would would soon be enjoying the tastiest damn thing that I had eaten in a while. I also learned that they have CONSISTENTLY clean restaurants and playing some outstanding music. This particular store has the good music. If Steve Ells were dead he would be turning over in his grave. Since he's NOT dead. I think he should be ticked off that his reputation is slowly being ruined by slow service, inconsistent (or consistently sub-par) food, and a filthy store (for Chipotle standards). I went back once to give this location a second chance and now I done with it. Good luck Steve!

how do you screw up Chipotle?? They find a way. loooooooooooong line every time you go there. Skimp on all ingredients and half the time things are missing. They can't keep up.

Slowest chipotle EVER. 7 employees and the line won't move. Thought about ordering to go while standing here.

This Chipotle is waaaay better than the one in Belton. Visited late in the evening and everything was still fresh along with generous portions. The manager on duty was extremely friendly and even gave us coupons to use the next time we return. Would recommend

Quick. Delicious. I have been to many of these places. I do know what is best after all this time. The chicken is the best meat hands down. I am more of a beef and pork guy, but not here. Fowl? You bet! I always get the same load on my burrito... Lettuce, cheese, sour cream, pico, corn salsa, hot salsa, black beans, and rice. Occasionally I splurge with guacamole, one of my favorite things on earth. Anyway... pretty good eats for $7

Any way you like it thats the way I like it. Walked in about 6:30 pm in need of a quick meal for the family. I was met with prompt friendly service. They even helped my 10 year old decide what she wanted to order. I switched it up a little - barbacoa rice pinto AND black beans pico and corn salsa with sour cream and cheese in a burito shell (it all almost fit too). It was delicious hot and fresh. I ate the whole thing whewww! I fed the whole family for about 22 bucks (to go order) and was in and out in about 5 min. Clean, friendly and fast service
